- Majesty of the Seas: Upgraded the Broadcast Center and multiple Entertainment venues, including a digital signage package on several Decks.
- Splendour of the Seas: Revitalized the Broadcast Center (including 6 new racks), the Public Address (PA) system, and multiple Entertainment venues.
- Mariner of the Seas: Upgraded the Broadcast Center and multiple Entertainment venues (including a new audio console, DiGiCo SD10, in the Main Lounge).
- Rhapsody of the Seas: Revitalized the Broadcast Center, the Public Address (PA) system, and multiple Entertainment venues (including audio and lighting in a crew welfare venue).
- Grandeur of the Seas: Upgraded the Broadcast Center, the Public Address (PA) system, and multiple Entertainment venues.
- Azamara Quest: Revitalized the Broadcast Center and multiple Entertainment venues (including audio in the Pool Deck).
- Jewel of the Seas: Installed a new back track system.
- Serenade of the Seas: Completely retrofitted the Broadcast Center and upgraded multiple Entertainment venues (including audio systems and video displays).
- Voyager of the Seas: Installed a new back track system.
- Enchantment of the Seas: Completely retrofitted the Broadcast Center, upgraded the Public Address (PA) system and multiple Entertainment venues (including audio systems and video displays).
