The nature and scope of our projects demand that the logistics for materials and components be precise and correct. Components are sourced domestically and internationally and are then shipped to each project site. Our scheduling, preparation, and on-site organization is crucial to the success of each TechnoGroup project.

Scheduling

• From engineering to installation, every phase of the project is planned.
• Timely purchasing and delivery of the thousands of components and parts of audio, video, and lighting systems is a major key to the project’s success.
• When on dry-dock, a shipyard, or a commercial site the goal is to be fully autonomous so we use Microsoft Project.

Preparation

• After making a detailed list of all materials including tools, consumables, cables, etc. they are inventoried in our warehouse.
• Each piece of audio, video, and lighting is labeled with a dedicated color for room/venue recognition before being shipped to the site.

On-Site Organization

• No project is too big or too small.
• We regularly send a single technician for regular maintenance or emergency repairs.
• Larger projects may require 40 or more technicians and may include management.
• Normally we have a small team dedicated to each specific area or venue.
